Objectives

Position Ed Brunet as a commercial construction leader in the National Capital Region and build the company’s reputation by redefining the brand and streamlining communications.

Strategy

If Ed were still with us… To offset the search engine indexing trouble caused by the name Brunet (which is strongly associated with other companies), we decided to revert to the company’s original name Ed Brunet for the corporate signature and all communications. The chosen slogan “Building our community since 1901” reinforces the strong reputation and community involvement of this longstanding family business. Our team developed a strong, prestigious signature that inspires confidence in the company.

Results

The brand image was adopted by the entire team, and all communication tools—including the new website www.edbrunet.com—were streamlined in less than a year. The new brand image was presented to the Ed Brunet team and a graphic standards guide was supplied, giving the company flexibility with their in-house productions while keeping applications consistent.
